At VendoTo.com, we understand that sometimes plans change. Please review our cancellation policy below to see how we handle order cancellations.
1. ORDER CANCELLATION WINDOW
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of being placed, as long as they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If your order has already entered the shipping or fulfillment stage, it cannot be canceled and must follow our standard Return Policy once delivered.
2. HOW TO REQUEST A CANCELLATION
To cancel an order:

Log in to your account and find your recent orders.

Select the order you wish to cancel and click “Request Cancellation”.

Wait for confirmation. If your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll cancel it and issue a full refund.
Orders placed without an account can be canceled by submitting a cancellation request through the order confirmation page (if available).
3. REFUND TIMING
If your cancellation is approved:

A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.

Refunds are typically processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
4. EXCEPTIONS
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation if:

The order has already shipped.

The item is made-to-order, personalized, or marked as “Final Sale”.
5. CHANGES TO ORDERS
If you want to make changes (e.g., address correction or product modifications) instead of a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only accommodate changes before the order is processed.
