At VendoTo.com, customer satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

Must be returned within 14 days of delivery

Must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

Must include proof of purchase (order number or invoice)
Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected for a refund.
2. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items are non-returnable:

Gift cards or downloadable software

Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

Custom or personalized items

Final sale or clearance items
3. PROCESSING A RETURN
If your item meets the eligibility criteria:

Request a return authorization from our support system.

Send the item to the return address provided.

Once received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, you must contact us first for instructions.
5. SHIPPING COSTS

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the product was received defective or incorrect.
6. LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Check your bank or credit card account again.

Contact your payment provider; it may take time before the refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, reach out to our support team.
7. CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement as long as they haven’t shipped yet. Once an order is shipped, it must follow the return process.
